The caliper body utilizes a proven and reliable two-piece forged manufacturing process with an opposed 8-piston design and a total piston area of 56.8 cm². Featuring a refined, stylish appearance and optimized weight-saving skeletonization, the net weight of the caliper is 5.5 kg. It is an all-new product tailored for mid-to-large-size petrol and electric vehicles (EVs/HEVs), offering a bold, full-bodied look with a linear and consistent pedal feel.
Featuring an advanced 72-vane ventilation design, the rotor maximizes airflow to accelerate heat dissipation while the vehicle is in motion. Especially under aggressive driving conditions, this optimized internal architecture plays a critical role in controlling thermal fade. By eliminating the risk of brake failure during continuous, high-intensity braking, it unlocks ultimate cooling efficiency and rock-solid reliability.
Featuring an ultra-high carbon content of 3.83% infused with premium elements like silicon and manganese, this alloy formulation significantly enhances the rotor's thermal fatigue resistance. It maximizes wear resistance while effectively dampening braking noise.
Designed with a low-metallic formula infused with friction materials like silicon carbide and aluminum oxide, delivering enhanced pedal feel.
